How much does it cost to list my property?
A 15% booking fee on the bookings that come through us, worked out after card fees, which is less than Airbnb's 15.5% host-only fee. Listings run on a simple 12-month agreement, and we'll talk you through how it works before anything goes live.
What kind of guests will I get?
Many of our guests aren't one-night visitors. We look after people relocating to Harrogate, longer stays for contractors, NHS staff and business travellers, and conference and event guests who pay premium rates. We match your home to the guests it suits best.
Can I keep my Airbnb and Booking.com listings?
Yes. Listing with us adds another channel alongside the platforms you already use, and we help with calendar set-up so your dates stay in sync.
Do I still look after my guests?
Yes, you stay in control of your home. If you'd like a hand, we can coordinate cleaning and maintenance as an optional extra.
Which areas do you cover?
Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal and Burn Bridge. If you're outside these areas, send us your listing anyway and we'll let you know as soon as we cover your area.
