What it is and who goes

Harrogate Fashion Week is a trade show for womenswear, footwear, accessories, swimwear and lingerie. The winter edition shows autumn/winter 2027/28 collections across four halls at Harrogate Convention Centre. The organisers list more than 300 established and emerging brands. Visitors are boutique owners and fashion buyers, many travelling from Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the south coast.

The show is not open to the public. It is for people working in the fashion industry. Prospective exhibitors and agents who want to see the show before taking a stand are also welcome.

Dates and opening times

The show runs from Sunday 7 to Tuesday 9 February 2027 in the Exhibition Halls. Opening times published by the organiser are:

Sunday 7 February: 9.30am to 6pm. Monday 8 February: 9.30am to 6pm. Tuesday 9 February: 9.30am to 3.30pm.

For exhibitors staying all week

With a Sunday start and an early finish on Tuesday, stand teams usually need three or four nights in town. Our serviced apartments suit this well. You can cook breakfast, keep stock or samples somewhere secure, and share a flat with colleagues rather than booking several hotel rooms. Several of our properties are a short walk from the Convention Centre, which helps when you are carrying rails and boxes to and from the halls. Exhibitor information is in the organiser's exhibitor area.

For visitors

Entry is free. The organiser advises registering in advance for fast-track entry; badges are emailed and you bring the QR code. Registration for February 2027 had not opened when we last checked. You can register on the day if you bring proof of business, such as a business card or letterhead. The Convention Centre and Royal Hall take card and contactless payments only. There is a free cloakroom in Hall A and a Fashion Café at the back of Hall C. Parking is in the Convention Centre's underground car park, which is paid.

Getting there

Harrogate station is about a 10-minute walk from the Convention Centre. LNER runs direct trains to London King's Cross roughly hourly. Leeds is about 35 minutes away. Leeds Bradford Airport is about 30 minutes by taxi. The organiser lists a 25% LNER discount on some services, so check the terms before booking.

Book early

Hotel rooms and apartments close to the venue fill up for trade weeks. If you are planning a February buying trip, it is worth booking your accommodation as soon as your dates are fixed. We can arrange stays for single buyers, small teams and groups of colleagues.

After the show

Harrogate's centre is compact, so dinner and drinks are a short walk from the halls and from our apartments. Between appointments and in the evening you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. If you have time on the Tuesday afternoon, the Turkish Baths are a relaxing way to end a few days on your feet. Staying with us means a quiet base to come back to, with space to go through your orders.
