What should I know about arrival?
Check-in happens between three and nine, or by arrangement if your journey requires flexibility. The house is yours from that moment. We'll have left the details you need and the space ready.
Are there rules I should understand?
A few things protect the house for everyone who stays here. No loud noise after eleven. Treat the space as you'd want it treated. Everything else is yours to decide.
What happens if plans change?
Cancel up to fourteen days before arrival and we'll refund in full. Closer than that and we keep the deposit. Life shifts sometimes. We understand.
Is the kitchen properly equipped?
Everything a cook needs is here. Gas range, proper knives, good pans. If you're staying longer than a night, the kitchen becomes your own.
Can I reach someone if something breaks?
Call or message and someone answers. We keep a list of people who know this house and can fix almost anything. Most problems get solved the same day.
